Cybertuck or motorbike?
The Infinite Machine P1 is one of the boldest electric scooters to hit the market—both in terms of design and ambition. Created by NYC-based startup Infinite Machine, the P1 looks more like a piece of futuristic military hardware than your average e-scooter. With sharp lines, a minimalist metal frame, and a brutalist aesthetic, it’s already turning heads around the world.
Resemblance
One of the first things people notice about the P1 is how much it resembles Tesla’s Cybertruck. Both vehicles share the same edgy, angular silhouette and raw, unpainted stainless-steel finish. This gives the P1 a striking, industrial look that sets it apart from the typically sleek and rounded designs we see in other electric vehicles. It’s not just a scooter—it’s a statement piece for the streets.

But it’s not all looks. The Infinite Machine P1 is also loaded with smart features, including 4G connectivity, over-the-air updates, a touchscreen display, and a swappable battery system. With a top speed of around 55 km/h and a range of roughly 90 kilometres, it’s clearly built for more than just short inner-city trips. It’s aiming to redefine what a personal electric vehicle can be.
Pre-order
While still in the pre-order phase, the P1 has already captured the imagination of EV fans who want something more than a traditional scooter. Much like the Cybertruck did for utes, the P1 is pushing the boundaries of design and functionality in the micromobility world. Whether it’s practical for everyday use remains to be seen—but as a glimpse into the future of urban transport, it’s hard to ignore.
